Mr.C.K.Shastri is a graduate from the Andhra University with experience of over 20 years in business specifically in marketing and sales. He has worked with companies like Ciba Geigy and Modi Xerox before promoting Fortune Informatics Limited (FIL). He has been consistently a top performer in both the companies having been adjudged national champion in Modi-Xerox for the year 1989. He founded Intense Technologies Limited formally known as (Fortune Informatics Limited) after resigning from Modi-Xerox in December 1989. he is currently the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company and looks after the day-today operations of the Company and is ably assisted by a team of dedicated professionals.

Mr.Jayant Dwarkanath is a Bachelor of Engineering & M.B.A from the Osmania University, has experience of over 15 years in Banking and Software Sectors. He looks after the Overseas Operations of the Company and has been instrumental in tie-ups with global majors for distribution of the Company's Software Products in the Overseas Markets. He is currently the Wholetime Director of the Company.

A Post Graduate in Physics from the prestigious Indian Institute of Science, Radhakrishnan has over 17 years of experience and has been instrumental in (as the chief architect) developing some of Intense Technologies Limited's most successful products and solutions, like Papyrus, eTaxFile and the iECM Suite. Currently, Radhakrishnan R heads the R&D and Labs initiative at Intense.

An Alumnus of the reputed Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras and a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University, USA, Srinivas has over 16 years of widespread experience in software development and applications (distributed and desktop) both in the U.S. and in India. Currently, Srinivas Tangirala heads the Product Engineering Group at Intense.

Mr. Prabhakar holds a Graduate degree in Computer Sciences, a PG Diploma in Management. Chief amongst his career highlights are his PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certifications and successful enterprise implementations. With over 16.5 years of work experience, Prabhakar has been with Intense Technologies since 1997 and leads the crucial Delivery and Support teams for all of Intense's products' stack.

H.M. Nayak has over 20 years of experience in finance and administration, specifically with respect to listed companies. As the Head of Finance and Administration functions Nayak also is the Compliance Officer of the Company.
