The Company has declared revenues of Rs. 489 lakhs and recorded a 232% growth over the same period last year. The revenue growth was 358% over the previous Quarter. The profit for the Quarter is Rs. 64.55 lakhs, against a loss of Rs.41.93 lakhs for the corresponding period of the previous year. The Company’s expenses have also significantly increased due to the opening of an office in Singapore, recruitment of senior management and the ramping up of its, delivery, sales and marketing teams.

As this is a government driven compliance initiative, the estimated potential for this application is very large. Our domain expertise in the field of managing data & documents enabled us to design and develop the application that solves some very critical issues. We have received orders for 1500 licenses from East Africa and have already appointed distributors for eVat in that region. We are in the process of developing a distributor network for Europe too. eVat will figure significantly to our growth plans for the forthcoming quarters."
