Chairman
Mr. C K Shastri
Founder and promoter of Intense Technologies Limited, Shastri has over 22 years of experience in the industry. Shastri founded Intense Technologies Limited with the proverbial fistful of Dollars and limitless dreams and has been instrumental in steering its progress - from a successful IPO to being a software solutions provider of repute. Apart from heading the Board of Directors, he mentors and motivates the Company to dream and achieve even further heights.

Mr. Jayant Dwarkanath
An Engineer and a Management Graduate, Jayant has over 18 years of distinguished experience in banking, software and office automation. With Shastri, he has been instrumental in nurturing the growth of Intense Technologies from its inception and until recently managed its international business and alliance partnerships. Besides being on the Board of Directors, Jayant is responsible for the Marketing function at Intense.

Mr. Jagannadha Chidhella
A double Post Graduate in Computer Sciences from Bharathiar University, India and Syracuse University U.S.A, he has over 15 years experience in global software development. He has authored papers in International Publications on Artificial Intelligence and Object Oriented Programming. He has been a research fellow of WRC and X – a division of Xerox Corporation, USA. During his career, he has been associated as a Consultant with Cinebase Software, Educational Testing Services, Hewlett Packard, US Army, Carnegie-Mellon University, Carnegie Group Inc in the U.S. and Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, DRDO, and ERA Software Systems, India.

Mr. Tikam Sujan
A Non- Resident Indian based at Miami, Florida, U.S.A, he has a glittering track record of more than 22 years as a serial entrepreneur, angel investor and a mentor to talent, initiative and entrepreneurship. He is also acclaimed for his grasp and drive when it comes to global software marketing.

Dr. Krishna Sharma
An academic and researcher of acclaim, he has over 14 patents - ranging across subjects from digital printing to drug delivery - to his name and is also a scientific referee for over 10 international Chemistry journals. He has a Ph.D from the University of Hyderabad and has been at University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa and Texas A&M University, College Station for post-doctoral studies. He has authored over 40 research publications and some of his articles have been highlighted in scientific journals such as SCIENCE and C&EN news. A speaker at numerous international scientific conferences he has also organized/chaired scientific sessions in materials science, including the prestigious Keystone scientific conferences in 2005 at Keystone, Colorado. He has been a Research Scientist at Eastman Kodak R&D laboratories at Rochester and helped develop novel digital imaging technologies (his work led to over 10 US & international patents). Currently Dr. Sharma leads a research group at Alexza Pharmaceuticals, a start up company located in Palo Alto, CA, and is primarily responsible for developing inhalation drug delivery platforms geared towards curing diseases like migraine, schizophrenia and cancer pain.

Mrs. Sarada Devi
A Post Graduate and a LLB, Mrs. Sarada Devi is a practicing lawyer with a deep interest in social welfare and philanthropic activities. She has been associated with various NGO's like Bharat Vikas Parishad and National Institute for the Blind.
